Leaving Emerald Campus Early
If a student needs to leave Emerald Campus during their scheduled time, they must:
- Inform their teacher as soon as they are aware of the absence.
- Present a parent/guardian note to their teacher on the day of departure to use as a pass.
- Submit the note to the front desk administrative assistant before leaving. The note will be forwarded to the student's home high school, which maintains all official attendance records.
Arriving Late to Emerald Campus
Students arriving late must sign in at the Emerald Campus front desk to receive a class admittance pass. Teachers will only allow students into class with this pass.
To ensure accurate attendance records, students must also provide a signed note from a parent/guardian explaining the late arrival to their home school attendance office. If the note is turned in at Emerald Campus, it will be sent to the home school for official records.
