Course Information:
The Engineering Academy is a year-long program that meets in a two-period block and offers 2.5 course credits and an optional college credit plus course. Students will need to travel to the Emerald Campus to participate.

Option 1: (College Credit)
- Fundamentals of Engineering - 1st Sem - 1.0 high school credit
- CSCC Basic DC Electronic Systems - 2nd Sem - 1 high school and 3.0 college credit
- Mathematical Models and Data Analysis - All Yr - .25/.25 high school credit
Option 2: (No College Credit)
- Fundamentals of Engineering - 1st Sem - 1.0 high school credit
- Electricity, Electronics and Control Systems - 2nd Sem - 1.0 high school credit
- Mathematical Models and Data Analysis - All Yr - .25/.25 high school credit

College Credit Plus Option:
The program includes an option to take a Columbus State course (see CSCC course above) to earn both high school and free college credit. Students opting for this option must complete the program participation steps located on the Emerald Campus College Credit Plus (CCP) homepage. For Engineering, students must also have an A or B in an Algebra II or higher math course (or pass the applicable Columbus State Community College (CSCC) entrance assessment).
