The Leadership Academy at Dublin City Schools is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders. Through a combination of self-discovery, immersive experiences, and essential skill-building, this program equips students with the tools they need to positively impact their futures and the world around them. The curriculum includes Leadership in Action, Enneagrams, YouScience, and the R-Factor, all designed to help students understand their unique strengths and leadership styles. Additionally, students participate in the National Retail Federation (NRF) Rise Up training, which focuses on customer service and sales skills, providing them the opportunity to earn the Industry Recognized Credential Graduation Seal.
