Dublin Teacher Academy (DTA)
Do you love working with kids, helping others learn, or seeing someone’s face light up when they finally “get it”? The Dublin Teacher Academy is your chance to step into real classrooms and experience what it’s like to be an educator, mentor, and leader. You’ll teach mini-lessons, shadow amazing Dublin City Schools teachers, and learn how to manage classrooms, plan lessons, and inspire students—long before college.
This academy combines classroom learning, field experience, and professional development through Educators Rising and other leadership opportunities. You’ll build confidence, communication skills, and a portfolio that shows colleges—and future employers—that you’re already making a difference.
