IB Diploma Program
Explore a globally recognized academic pathway through the IB Diploma Program at Emerald Campus in Dublin City Schools. Students think critically, connect learning across subjects, conduct meaningful research, and grow as communicators, problem-solvers, and globally minded leaders prepared for college and life beyond high school.
Through a rigorous course of study and the IB Core, students develop the knowledge, skills, and character needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world while earning one of the most respected secondary credentials available worldwide.

Open to: Grades 11–12 Dublin City Schools students pursuing 4 or more IB courses
Course length: 2 years (Grades 11–12)
Transportation: Free shuttle between home high schools and Emerald Campus
Enrollment: English II or Honors English II and interest in a globally focused, rigorous curriculum. Access the district High School Scheduling page for more details.
Cost: Free • Optional IB exam fee for official Diploma assessments
Recognition: Students who complete all required components earn the globally recognized IB Diploma and wear an IB stole at graduation
